We are kid & pet friendly (some breed restrictions). We have no fancy pool or fitness rooms. But we have lots of park like yard areas and we are very close to a people/ dog park.
The Manager Teena Hval has been managing the complex for over 35 years. She will do her best to make you feel at home and always has a smile on her face. The units are all 2 bedrooms/ 1 bath.
Rents are $1,250.00 & $1,350.00.
